5:30 am- Time to start off the day with something yummy.. mmm what about a donut? It won’t hurt since I’m going to the gym every day as part of my resolution.

5:45 am- Maybe just one more… it won’t hurt right?

6:00 am- Probably should be leaving for the gym, but maybe just one episode of “Friends.”

6:45 am- I guess I have a little more time to watch one more.

7:30 am- I’m kind of hungry… maybe just one more donut and I’ll be ready to go.

7:45 am- I’m kind of thirsty now, I’ll stop by the gas station on the way to the gym and buy some chocolate milk.

8:20 am- Time to workout and lose some weight.

8:22 am- I’ve been running forever, I need a break.

8:45 am- I guess I could lift weights instead of running, so I look at least a little bit productive in front of all these fit people.

8:50 am- I think that’s enough for today, I mean I am going to the gym every day and all this working out adds up, right?

9:10 am- I guess I could run a little more so I can eat a big lunch.

9:15 am- Phew that was exhausting, I feel so accomplished!

9:25 am- Goodbye gym, see you tomorrow.

9:45 am-  Is it lunch yet I’m starving?

10:00 am- Why am I so sore? I think I need to get a massage.

10:05 am- Eh maybe it’s too far to get a massage, I’ll just lie down on the couch and watch some movies.

11:15 am- I guess I can just pause the movie and grab some lunch really fast.

11:30 am- I need a nap, all this working out is wearing on my body.

4:30 pm- Wow, 4:30 already?! I haven’t even planned what I’m going to eat for dinner.

5:00 pm- Eh, I don’t really want to get up and get food right now, maybe I’ll check all my social media.

6:00 pm- I’m really tired, and I have a big workout tomorrow, maybe I should get some sleep

6:05 pm-  Actually, I am hungry. Maybe I’ll go microwave a burrito.

6:20 pm- Maybe just one more movie

5:00 am- Morning already?… I think I need to give my body a break today.
